Every service at Swirly and Friends includes the same standard of care, and with photo and video updates to your WhatsApp. No food is included. Every furkid has their own diet, allergies and preferences, and keeping their routine consistent helps them settle in faster.
All prices are per pet, in Ringgit Malaysia.

We do also charge for optional extras, check-in/out outside of standard hours and Selangor public holidays.
A note on availability
Slots fill up fast — especially during school holidays, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and long weekends.
We recommend booking 2 to 3 months in advance for festive and peak seasons. For non-peak periods, 2 weeks' notice is usually enough, but earlier is always better.
We do not accept walk-ins or last-minute bookings. All bookings are by appointment only.

No. The prices shown are what you pay per pet per day or per visit. Additional charges only apply in specific situations — outside-hours check-in/out, Selangor public holidays, and any care agreed on in advance that falls outside standard scope. We will always discuss these with you before confirming.
Per pet. If you are boarding two dogs and a cat, each is charged separately based on their size and service type.
We do not offer discounts.
