Not traditional dog boarding. A home.

Most dog boarding places look the same. A row of kennels, cages or cubicles. Dogs separated individually and waiting to be let out. Staff clocking out at the end of the day.

We are not that.

Your dog will not be put in a cage here. They will not sleep alone in a kennel at night. They will not spend their day in an enclosed space waiting for a short walk and a meal.

They will live in our home.

They will roam indoors, and outdoors in the garden area several times a day. And at night, our team is still here, because we live here. Leaving them alone was never something we considered.

First time boarding? Take it slowly.

No pressure to start off with being away from your dogs overnight.

Start with our trial daycare.

We watch how your dog settles in a new environment among us, our resident pets and a carefully selected group of regulars. We do not just throw dogs together and hope for the best. Before any dog joins us for boarding, they will have to pass the paid trial daycare session first, same like yours.

The trial daycare lets us see how your dog plays, how they communicate, and how they respond to new friends. We give your dog space when they need it, and we build trust at their pace. You will hear from us with videos and updates that actually show you how your dog is doing.

By the time boarding day arrives, the space feels more familiar, and they feel more safe. Dogs who come back again and again and have built real familiarity over time. Some of our boarders have friendships that have lasted years.

"Maple used to be very anxious but Christina has been so patient and caring. She always sends updates and photos which helps ease my anxiety too. I can travel with a peace of mind knowing Maple is well taken care of."

What 24/7 care looks like

"24/7 care" sounds like a marketing line, it's not.

It means we live on-site. It means when your dog stirs at 3am, there is a human nearby. It means no one locks up and goes home at 10pm. We sometimes sleep in the same room as the dogs.

If your dog is not eating well, we notice. If their energy feels off, we notice. If something or anything happens, we will let you know. We do not wait until pick-up to mention it.

Before you book

  • All dogs must be healthy, tick-free, flea-free and up to date on vaccinations and preventives. See full vaccination requirements here.
  • A paid trial daycare session is required before your dog's first boarding stay. This is not just a formality, it genuinely helps your dog settle in better. Please allow at least 2 weeks' notice before your intended boarding date.
  • Breed acceptance depends on temperament, sociability and how transparent you are about your dog's behaviour. We assess each dog individually, there are no blanket breed bans.
  • Not sure what to bring? Read our 5 tips to prepare for boarding here.

Questions about dog boarding

Fresh filtered water is always available. Please bring your dog's own food. Every dog has their own diet, portion size and preferences, and keeping their routine consistent helps them settle in faster.

We send photos and videos to your WhatsApp throughout the day, not just once, but regularly. You can also message us anytime and we will reply as soon as we can. You will never be left guessing.

This is exactly why we do a trial daycare session first. It lets us see how your dog interacts before any overnight stay is involved. If your dog needs more space or a slower introduction, we will tell you honestly and work out whether more daycare sessions are needed or if boarding is the right fit for them.

It depends on how the medication needs to be given, and how willing your dog is to take it.

Some dogs need to be hand-fed or gently guided. If a dog is not comfortable with strangers and may bite, we will not force it. For oral medication, we will try to mix the medication into their meals, either whole or crushed, depending on what works best.

We do our best to follow all medication schedules carefully. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare and care for them properly.

Ready to book a trial daycare for your dog?

We would love to hear about your dog before they arrive. PS: If you have a trip coming up, the earlier you reach out the better, as slots fill up fast.
