Swirly and Friends' pet hotel is home-based where we live alongside your furkids. We prioritize cleanliness, safety, health, and happiness for all pets in our care.

Daily Cleaning Practices

We maintain a clean environment by cleaning multiple times a day. We wish to keep the pets clean and comfortable, minimizing mess to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. 

• Floor Care: We sweep and mop the floors regularly using pet-friendly cleaners.
• Laundry: We wash towels, bedding, and other linens with pet-safe detergent.
• Toys and Bowls: These are cleaned frequently to keep everything fresh and safe.

Ensuring Comfort and Safety

These are just some steps we take to ensure that you and your furkids can relax and feel secure. Our dedicated live-in team provides nearly 24 hours of supervision. All rooms with pets are equipped with cameras so that we can view their behaviour and manners wherever we go.

For Cats:

• Each family of cats has access to separate, full-sized human rooms with closed windows and proper ventilation.
• Litter boxes are cleaned daily to maintain a fresh environment.

For Dogs:

• Dogs must undergo a trial daycare assessment to determine their fit within our facility.
• During check-in, dogs will gradually be introduced to other pets.
• If necessary, we may isolate them in playpens to prevent disturbances.
